QT: Improving BA's UI. Help needed

Hi.
We want to improve the GUI of BA and we are trying to do it using QT, because is theory is easy to use, user friendly and multi O.S., which would open the door to port BA to other systems.
However we have some problems with it. Does someone have experience with QT?
