The description on the executable says "Open source MtG game." Was it a plan for the future or previous plan that got scrapped?

No, it wouldn't. I can't imagine a single way having access to Incantus' source code would make it easier to add cards. Easier to make cards, being able to reference code not used in pre-existing cards, but not easier to add cards.Drudger wrote:Source would just make it easier to add cards

Well, it certainly does some things better than, say, Shandalar, but there are still a number of things it can't yet pull off.
