How Do I Unlock A Locked Challenge Card For Duel Mode?

I just finished uploading the video on my youtube account and here is the link

It says on the text when I play Sliver Overlord that
"You must unlock this card by completing challenge Set 3 Number 8"
But in the video I actualy counted the number of challenges in Set 3, And Sliver Nation was 10th.
It is also the 1st time I played that challenge "AGAIN, ever since I beat it a few days a go!" That is why I was surprised to see the text written beside Sliver Nation. It says unlocked!
