Manalink3.0 on Tablet with windows 8.1 Works.

I wanted to inform people that might got discouraged to download and install manalink3.0 to a tablet by this bug report viewtopic.php?f=110&t=4134&p=121823&hilit=tablet+windows#p121823 and response that is unfixable = viewtopic.php?f=110&t=4134&p=121823&hilit=tablet+windows#p121903 that at least with windows8.1 with bing Manalink3.0 works just fine.

I have to admit though that because of some missing files from latest update? That were added later or something else I struggled to make it work. I will try to put everything together so it is easier for people installing Manalink.3.0 for the first time.
