I don't think I can find what you are asking for but a version that I think it will work great over internet is the Microprose Magic the Gathering 2010 Custom Installer ISO (I haven't tried to use it and I can't test it). Which maybe has fewer cards than the version in wiki, though.

I was testing this version two weeks ago but it is not working (you cannot stablise a connection)

To avoid headaches and troubles use manalink 1.3.2
