What exactly is Manalink 2.0?

I'm looking to play the old school single player version of MTG.
Should I be looking at Manalink 2.0?

If you mean the whole shandalar thing then no.

This just modifies the cards and modes you can play the game in beyond that.

So the 1v1 duel mode and the sealed deck editor are modified with more cards and more game-play modes like Commander(EDH), Momir Basic, Avatars.

None of these mods effect Shandalar since at the moment we are unable to add cards to Shandalar or change other cards in it.
