When you search do you still get the runtime error? What popup messages do you see before the crash?

Ok, got the latest .exe file. Saw all the pop ups including telling me I have the right version, program then loads.

I select Brass Herald from the Library and Red Ward from the Custom Library. I then copy the herald and then paste over the ward. Pop-up says I'm about to copy C:\Magic\cardartLim\1684.jpg to C:\Magic\carartCus\0200.jpg.

I click ok then I get the same run-time error 5 and then the program crashes.

Custom Editor text file is not blank.

I am running service pack 3 & I have the latest VB installed.

(EDIT)

Here is .exe file from Friday!

Now I can search without crashes! But I'm still unable to copy the cards, only it's arts!

I see the same popups Bog Wraith sees.

The same is happening to me too: can copy art, but not cards. Still Runtime error 5

Well, I think we're getting closer at least. Here's another version with debugging pinpointed to where your error seems to be happening. Tell me the last couple messages you see before the crash. Thanks for your help.

Thank to you :D

Anyway...

1 - Opened Source exe succesfully (ok)
2 - len = 4570112 file = C:\Magic\Program\magicLimited.exe (ok)
3 - Found line to copy at 1559: yDerelor (ok)
4 - File is empty: C:\Magic\Program\magicC.exe crash!

Aha! Open customseteditor.txt and change

dest;magicC;manalinkC;cardartCus

to

dest;magicCustom;manalinkC;cardartCus

And "ta-dah!" Raging Bull is gone and Derelor is in! Thanks to Jatill :D
Once more, can you re-post the link for the exe version without debug mode? Just to prevent confusion.
It works great now!

Another Td-Dah here as well!! :D

I too had to change the line in the txt file to"dest;magicCustom;manalinkC;cardartCus".

Once I did that, it worked. I now have a nice spanking new Brass Herald in my custom library thats in slot 200 that replaced the Red Ward that was there before!
