I've seen a couple of situations where the game randomly makes you discard at the end of your turn for no reason, though I haven't discovered a reason why.

I've noticed it's Tombstalker's delve. However many cards you remove from the game with it, your hand size shrinks by that amount. There are other things that trigger it, too, certain discard effects (survival of the fittest confuses your hand size too, I think), but tombstalker is quite reliable about doing it in exactly that way

Funny, it's not reliable for me. I start a debug game, and Glimpse the Unthinkable myself. I play Tombstalker, delving 6, and still only discard down to 7.

try playing another Tombstalker while the 1st still is in play

Still nothing. If you can engineer a situation via debug that I can reproduce, I'll try to address the issue.

I couldn't do it in debug, but make this deck:

25x swamp
20x dark ritual
15x tombstalker

Or something like that. First turn I played swamp, 3x dark rituals, and tombstalker, removing the rituals from the grave. Then, keep passing your turns, doing nothing. You'll be asked to discard once you get to a hand size of 5 in the discard phase.

I tried all kinds of scenarios in debug, but I couldn't make it work there for some reason. Then I just made that really simple deck, and it is asking me to discard every time once I get to (7 - #ofcardsdelved) hand size at end of turn. I reproduced it twice in a row. The third game I only drew one ritual in opening hand, so it took me a few more turns. I had more land, and so I only delved one card. That time, I could keep up to 6 cards (7-1) instead of 5, when I delved 2 (7-2).

Incidentally, dark ritual looks like a pretty sweet card with tombstalker. I think I might try that in a serious deck :p

I was able to find and fix the bug. I'll upload it tomorrow.

Everytime I use a windswept heath to find a plains or dual that is a plains and not a forest I don't get the land in play.

Happened in sealed deck and in solo duel.

There is a bug with Algae Garial: in the same turn, 2 creatures went to graveyard: my llanowar knights and opponent's myr enforcer and the Garial got only 1 +1/+1 counter instead than 2.

Later, I have killed 3 creatures with one of mine in a fight and, again, the Garial got only +1/+1 instead than +3/+3. It is like that it is triggering only once whenver a creature dies, instead than once for every creature that dies.

When i attack with a Spawwrithe, the game skips all my phases after the combat phase.

When I cast a Mana Drain on my own turn, I get the mana in my pool immediately instead of on my next turn.

Sword of Fire & Ice still has the usual problems, but it also only allows one card draw if a creature has two different sword of fire and ice equipped. It gets +2/+2 twice as normal, just doesn't process the effect twice.

Chaos Orb vanguard card looks fun :) I'll have to try that out. Still not sure why Momir won't work in my bigger decks, but I'll play around and see if I notice a more specific pattern than that.

edit: Ohran Viper did damage to Steel Wall and did not destroy it. (maybe creator hacked Thicket Basilisk?)

It appears that indeed, you can pump Order of the Ebon Hand for free if you have one mana remaining.

Duress still wants me to discard my own hand. clicking on opponent's hand won't do.

The issue with Duress is that you have to open Debug mode and choose "Show Opponent's Hand" option, to make it discard a card; but the hand cannot be hidden again.
