Unlock cards without challenge?

This unlocking cards is not my cup of tea. Can I please get a pm on how to bypass this? It would be nice to at least have an .ini toggle for people who are apathetic to this.

the cards locked must be unlocked, really! is just a pain in the @$$ for almost everyone.

but then again i think it is jatill wish, that challenges should remain blocked

Honestly I love the idea of unlocking cards to help you beat other challenges. I feel the problem is that cards should be locked Only in challenge mode games and no where else. If a player just want to screw around in a duel and test a deck, they should be able to use all the cards.

Like I said before, I think the lock mechanic should only be used for challenge play. Every card should be unlocked for all other game modes.

I tried to follow HarlequinCasts' advice many months ago about having a stab at the challeng e mode. Although it seems interesting I am a casual gamer and lack that higher level strategy ethos so... if someone could help me unlock the cards I'd appreciate it =)

I have just downloaded the December 20 2014 patch and applied it. I then immediately noticed that the new frames weren't applied to Khans of Tarkir and so I tinker some files, hoping that I can make the Khans use the proper frames. Ultimately, I decided to reinstall the whole game and reapply the update. I was hoping that the clean installation, the last resort, will fix the problem. I am wrong. Still, I am comforted by the fact that the cards are working so yeah I stopped complaining about it... until I remembered that I have to beat half of the challeges again! It took me a long time just to made it that far; now I have to do it all over again just to unlock half of what I need. So, may I know how to just have all the cards unlocked? I am not keen into repeating the whole challenges again (heck I only managed to unlock half of it) since I'm not that good a player.

Can someone PM me the unlock cards info please? I need to test some decks that require some of these cards and I'd like to bypass the Challenge mode as I've never had any interest in it.

Wait, is the "standard" secret bypass for this to put a whole bunch of weirdly-named files in the Faces subdir? Because there's a much shorter way to do it by editing config.txt.

Can we PLEASE just post this already? Making everyone request a pm is really silly.

And Korath, if there is a config.txt way to do it, why not make that public so people who want to play challenges can and those who don't don't have to?

The only downside to a config.txt solution is that it might get overwritten every update, but a small price to pay.

Well, guess it can be done now, the ini file is the easiest way to do it (make a sticky in the Challenge section or in General maybe?).
