i´ve copy/pasted everything out of the 2 subfolders to the duelart folder and it works.Neobane wrote:I downloaded the DuelartNew folder, then deleted the Duelart folder and it jacked up the fonts. Is there something I'm supposed to do to get the new duel artwork? I thought I was supposed to remove the old folder, but that's obviously not the right idea.
guess you are using vista. got xp here and the card is flawless , but the tabernacle keeps crashing games at my friends vista mashine.the funny thing is that it only seems to crash the game on turn1.maybe that helps.Neobane wrote:Also, I'm experiencing crashes when some of the new cards are played. One example is when I played the "The Tabernacle at Pendrell" from the Winter Orb deck.

1/2 = 0.5 (this is half your life and this is what you will lose).meesterhans wrote:i think i got a new one....

0.5 rounded up is 1, 0.5 rounded down is 0. Rounded up is referring to the damage you receive, so you receive 1 damage.

This is actually correct. What Infernal Contract does do wrong is crash (most of the time; sometimes it actually works as the old rules intend, maybe 10% of the time) when cast at negative life. Under the old rules that existed when the program was created, the ruling was that this would result in no change of life, since otherwise halving your life while at negative values actually heals you. It no longer really applies since modern rules say you die instantly upon dropping below 1 life.meesterhans wrote:i think i got a new one....

not quite instantly... if you cast lightning helix on yourself you won't die.aww1979 wrote:This is actually correct. Heh, but who would do that? That's a rather specialized case, but yes you would survive that.

Darn newfangled cards :p Willbender looks pretty sweet.
Anyway, a minor bug, more of a nuisance, really. Barbarian Ring does not have a 'cancel' selection in its menu, just sac or mana.

When you play challenge mode with illegal cards in the deck you automaticly loose but the game doesn't tell you what illegal cards you hadIf you have a non valid deck at the game over window it should show the non valid one (usually more than one of a specific card).
After trying myself it seems to be after the last update it won't show anymore, guess you can post it in the Bug thread.

Well, Ii have to say that this not always apply... I play Legacy and, for example, I ALWAYS play a deck with 4 Brainstorm, but can't use ANY Lotus Petal or Demonic Consultation. Otherwise, a few days ago I created a deck T1 Legal (It had a single Brainstorm) and couldn't play it (Before the duel started, it shown the Brainstorm and the legend "Your deck is not legal").... So I have to guess avery time.

They unrestricted Voltaic Key??? That, plus the idiotic Time Vault errata makes Time Vault combo decks looking really nice :p

I suppose that's probably why they unrestricted it. I could see designing a deck with more Keys for consistency, or to use with other artifacts. I still maintain that the current Time Vault is broken :p
