I just reproduced the bug (Ichorid not even asking to return during your upkeep) again, and made a save of the situation one turn before Ichorid should return to play. However, when I try to open the savegame, the program closes without any error message. Still, it might help you in finding the source of this bug, so I attached it.jatill wrote:Until I see a savegame of this, I don't believe you.
As I mentioned above, I can only reproduce this bug during the onslaught challenge (this save was taken during the first game of that challenge). Ichorid does work fine for me during normal duels, and I could also successfully return Ichorid to play during another challenge (Tribal Trials) some minutes ago.
So I guess that there is some weird interaction between Ichorid's returning from graveyard and the bonus spells the opponent gets during the onslaught challenge (which are cast during the player's upkeep, as well).

During the Enchanted challenge set 4, while playing awww white deck vs blue/white control, the AI would take control of my creatures and when I would exile/plowshare them the enchantment Control Creature card would not go into the graveyard and stay into play (though it didn't have any incidence on the game).
I would gladly submit a savegame but as we can't save during challenge...

Exact same thing happened to me (crap cause the Dredge Deck could beat this challenge if Ichorid decided to work, without him you cant be fast/consistent enough) then tryed a normal gauntlet but it worked again and thought it was fine and went to onslaught again to find it a dead card once more.Nyktorion wrote:I just reproduced the bug (Ichorid not even asking to return during your upkeep) again, and made a save of the situation one turn before Ichorid should return to play. I've encountered problems with Liliana Vess, don't know if anyone mentioned this already. When the AI casts her, she enters the battlefield with approximately 260 loyalty counters.

Re: Ichorid- Yes, this seems broken during certain challenges only (ones with upkeep triggers). There is a similar problem with Serum Powder in challenges.
Re: Enchanted Challenges- AI enchantments are indestructible, which has some weird side-effects. I'm pretty sure you can save during challenges. Just when you load them, you are no longer in challenge mode.
Re: Liliana- I thought I fixed this a long time ago. Do you have the most recent version?

Eater of the Dead is really buggy when used with the AI... He tries to remove creatures in your graveyard and even though the AI activates him, the creatures aren't removed. He keeps doing this to some weird effects, like stealing your creatures from the graveyard, the AI having to discard cards for no reason, etc.
Also, playing with a Fires deck, I cast a Saproling Burst, but when trying to create the saproling tokens, the game created Rootbound Crag s instead.
Here's the savegames.

Jareth text has a weird non unicode character (non recognized by the game or the font which is displaying a square by default) just after the "end of turn."

just played enchantment challenge in set 4, Neither void is not giving the option to cast spells without paying the 3. By text you should be able to play them, but have them countered.

I think that's a known approximation, but unless you're being squeezed really hard by a Vise or something, you probably don't want to play them without the 3 anyway.240sxforever wrote:just played enchantment challenge in set 4, Neither void is not giving the option to cast spells without paying the 3. Yea, I have faced turn 4 and 5 vice every game so far. If it is a known aprox then no bug. but it has cost me 4 matches so far.

Keeps crashing on me in CHALLENGE Mode #2 That's Big
I got to third round and it crashes all the time...
Also My Nod32 Anti-Virus picked up that Magic T1 T2 T3.exe was a virus and Quarantined the file and Removed it from Computer...
Any Way Around this?? Would this Cause game to crash?

If you want to be sneaky on that one, hybrid cost spells like Figure of Destiny are bugged to get around casting cost modifiers like Nether Void. (or Trinisphere, Sphere of Resistance, etc)
sandman: Virus scanners usually (or should) flag it as a virus because it will move or delete *.dck files in certain situations, and since viruses are the usual things that delete files, any decent antivirus program thinks it is a virus.
I don't know why one round would crash all the time.
