Viridian Shaman works for me (if no artifacts are in play, it does not trigger the prompt). Do you have the latest patch, found here: http://www.slightlymagic.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=1377? It may be an old bug that has since been fixed.

The other possibility (I know, as I did this once in sealed...), was there maybe an artifact land in play? Those can be hard to spot sometimes as they get piled up in with the lands.

Hope that helps.

@stassy: thanks for finding the time to get the PoR bug! Unfortunately, even just loading the file causes the game to crash for me....

@jackthelad: Flash has a history of causing problems. I believe the interaction with Hulk was fixed, but other leaves-play creatures may not have been. I'll have to do some testing. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Sorry for the lengthy delay. I had to get my shadow mapping assignment finished and study for the AI final. Now that those things are past I can have some fun again.

The problems definitely begin with the latest update. BUT, I'm not certain that they began with the first "version" of it or not. I'll try to duplicate the issue under a few different setups.

As far as the version of the game goes, I started with Duel of the Planeswalkers from 1/14/98 linked in the "Download Original..." thread. I then installed the Manalink20 update over that and the new update over that. I actually reinstalled everything this time around because my installation was a bit messy.

If I find anything useful, I'll report it here.

Yes, I've the latest patch (16/07). And no, I'm sure there were no artifact lands in play because I forgot to say before (sorry) that I was playing Momir Magic. Could it be that?

Well, I've done as much testing as I can with the resources I have available. I was unable to find any update other than the most recent one that actually had Genesis included. I'd be happy to install a different one if someone can direct me to it.

I've tried with and without installing Manalink 1.32 before copying over the 2.0 upgrade. I've also tried the two different versions of the 2.0 upgrade that I've found linked here. End result is that regardless of what I do, the moment I have a Genesis hit the graveyard, I start uncontrollably gaining life.

I'm more than happy to perform other tests or help in some other way to resolve this, as it is rendering my favorite deck unusable. :(

I'm using the the "facelift" version.

* My rancor gets naturalized (computer play at end of my turn), rancor didn't return to my hand. Also, when my creature dies in combat, rancor didn't return to hand either.
* Gauntlet of Power generates tons of mana (no manaburn anymore at least)
* Sword of Fire/Ice didn't trigger sometimes when I damage my opponent (very random issue)

Using jatill's latest version, I've seen something strange: AI plays Phantasmal Terrain on one of my islands, island is removed from the game and the enchant lands turns into a global enchantment that does nothing and then goes to graveyard at the end of turn.

As minor bugs, Swamp Mosquiot and Suq'Ata Assassin are missing the "poison ability" tag in the CSV

AI cast control magic on my kitchen finks. I then killed kitchen finks with lightning helix. The persisted finks came into play on the AI side instead of on my side. (finks reads that owner gets the persisted fink)

edit: a few turns later, after casting Living Death (my persisted finks were in the graveyard, not sure whose at this point) the AI got my finks out of the graveyard into play instead of me.

Hi guys,
I'm still having trouble verifying some of these bugs :( I'm kinda out of ideas. I'll list them for jatill to see if he can think of anything.

Unverified:
- Massive lifegain when Squee or Genesis is in the graveyard.
- AI will play duplicates of Legendary permanents.
- Viridian Shaman will trigger without a target in Momir, causing the game to stall (similar to Fire Imp / no legal target bug).
- Gauntlet of Power generates massive amounts of mana.
- Phantasmal Terrain will remove an island from the game.

Verified:
- Flash / Rector combo crashes the game.
- If Kitchen Finks dies, will persist into play on controller's 'battlefield' instead of owner's, and if killed again will go to controller's graveyard instead of owner's.

Already Listed:
- Rancor will not always return to hand.
- Sword of Fire and Ice will not trigger if equipped to a creature with a 'deals damage' ability.

Sorry I can't be of more help...

I have a request.

Rename Incinerate to "Carbonize", change it's cost to 2R (instead 1R), and return it to old mode "can't regenerate and remove from game" please.
I made Incinerate long time ago, using Disintegrate as base, since there is no spell that just damage and prevent regeneration...
Since people comes every day saying "incinerate is broken!", and current version of incinerate only does damage without any effect (i tested it), I'd like to have the card that does exactly what my incinerate does... it's called Carbonize and cost 2R instead... please...

Hi Harry,
yeah, that's strange - I hadn't noticed Incinerate didn't remove the creature from the game anymore, I wonder when that change got made? It still has a 'Death Effect' legacy though... Added to the buglist.

By the way, thankyou for all the work you put into this game. It is very much appreciated!

EDIT: Finally able to confirm the Squee / Genesis lifegain bug, after downloading the Mok 2.0 version. AFAIK, the only difference between the Underdogs rip and the Mok 2.0 versions of the game are the missing videos. I'll try and dig deeper...

I had this bug with Sanctum Gargoyle. It was in my graveyard when AI casted Living Death. So my Sanctum Gargoyle returned to play and activate his ability to show me my graveyard which should be empty now, but another Sanctum Gargoyle was there and because it's also an artifact creature other than a white creature I could bring it on my hand, resulting in having one Gargoyle in play and one in hand.

And I had a strange bug regarding Tablet of Epityr giving me life whenever something happens. I have a save of a gauntlet where you just have to play your next draw card and it will trigger what I said before. Hope it could be useful.

Yeah, the Sanctum Gargoyle interaction with Living Death is the same as the Eternal Witness and Gravedigger ones listed on the front page.

I'll check out the Tablet bug too. Thanks for listing these :)

yeah, i don't know if this is the right place to post this or even if it's a thing with my computer but, is anyone getting some program popping up called "omnipage" when you use the deckbuider? Any idea what it is?

Weird, I haven't experienced anything like that... here's the official website from googling: http://www.nuance.com/imaging/products/omnipage.asp

Are you using a shared computer someone else may have installed this on?

Some cards in the deck builder do not appear in sorted order, like Havenwood Battleground.
