Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I´m doing a little résumé of the challenges on my Page so it will be easier for new players to see what is going on there and where they can find the propper forum thread for it.

If you don´t want your nickname to be shown there just let me know and I will remove it.

This is more work than it looks like and i could need some help on the other Challenges.
My main problem is that i can´t remember the details on some of the Challenges.
I´m doing the Challenges i can remember good enough now, but i would have to do pretty much every challenge again for the details.This is where i could need some help.

Most of the Challenge spoiler Threads got a pretty good summarization by aww1979 which inspired me to do this.Was easy to sum that up.Unfortunatly some challenges are bad documented and are harder to recap.

So if you got some time spare or are doing the challenges anyway then gimme a hand please.
If you want your deck (that beat the challenge) to be displayed there just send me a pm with the list and i´ll put it online with your nick unless there are any simmilar lists in there for that challenge.

I'd have to play through Vanguard again; I forget the order of all of those, so no real help there. Akroma, Chaos Orb (not lite), Heartwood, Momir, Oni, Prodigal Sorcerer, Reaper King, Royal Assassin were all in there (in what order I don't know) and I'm fairly sure Nekrataal was in there, too. There must have been one more, but I don't know which it was. Maybe Ernham or Goblin? I know for sure that elvish champion and mirri the cursed weren't there.

For Challenge #3 Chipping Away, the format was quite simple. Game 1 you start at 18 life and the AI at 22. Game 2 is 16 and 24, and so on, until the last one is 2 and 38. The decks are randomly selected from the usual kobolds, goblins, etc. I think that meant there were only 9 matches in that one.

Everything else seems to be on the forum in one thread or another. The one I did for challenge set #2 has all the challenges lumped together, but it's all in there somewhere. I still haven't beaten stupid Land Ho!... :p

Oh, and you can use anything I've put on the forum.

Got the important stuff except game 7+8+9 at Vanguard(Challenge I).Ran over it with a dredge deck.
It didn´t let me use serum powder at game 8 so i got screwed with the worst hand ever
Gonna try it again later.

If anyone remembers the 2 vanguard cards missing please let me know so i can add them to the list.

Vanguard: (AI life totals vary slightly from 20 according to the vanguard text)

Round 1 = Chaos Orb, Deck=randomly built. Possibly a coincidence, but he is getting Sol Ring in opening hand every time. (8 in a row)
Round 2 = Royal Assassin, Deck=Tarmogoyf/Quirion Dryad
Round 3 = Momir (on BOTH sides)
Round 4 = Heartwood, Deck=BUW Artifacts
Round 5 = Oni of Wild Places, Deck=Elves/Spawnwrithe
Round 6 = Nekrataal, Deck=Rats
Round 7 = Serra Angel, Deck=Turbofog
Round 8 = Prodigal Sorcerer, Deck=Zombies
Round 9 = Akroma, Deck=Goblins
Round 10 = Reaper King, Deck=Gold weenie, you get Chaos Orb

I´ll see what i can do for Challenge II.

Nice Challenge 1 is documented now.If there are any mistakes or something should be added, please let me know.
You can also send me Decks that beat the challenge and i will put it below the challenge to the others.
As long as the archtype didn´t get posted there yet i will add it.

I´ve also added a deck section for Vintage and Legacy . I´m not quite sure how i should sort them yet.
My idea was to sort the decks by archetype and put em into different folders for a better overview.
My html skills are very limited so i can´t do something fancy yet.
Anyway if you want your decks to be shown there upload them and send me the link(don´t forget to add the author name in the deck file).
It would be great if you could sort em into their archetypes (put em into different folders) so i got less work to do.

Not a coincidence. The Chaos Orb avatar lets you have a free Demonic Tutor once per game. The AI always grabs Sol Ring.

finished challenge II aswell.I copy pasted like a mofo
Currently it is as ugly as it can get

If you find any mistakes there let me know.
If you want to submit any decks to that challenge which haven´t been posted yet(changing 2 cards doesn´t really make a new deck) pm me the link.

Aha! I just assumed the AI was too stupid to use it :p

Never inderestimate the AI (This is what I've learned from watching Terminator, Matrix, etc...)!!

It's rather a Wish than a Tutor, because if you use this Avatar on your deck you can use this ability to grab any card from the whole game decklist to your hand once (unfortunately others avatar are not castable even if you have the mana for it ).

my deck section there is pretty empty currently.

i´d like to add some decks from the community in there.post em here and i might add em.
