In EDH the opponent is starting on 20 health, is that right?

That means that the EDH card hasn't trigger in opponent's deck because it is absent,you have to put back the EDH card that was substituted by another card and remove the obvious illegal card (wrong colour) that substituted the EDH card or any other card to have 105 in total in the deck.That happened because of the renumbering of cards in Manalink.csv slots with each new update.If I recall correctly Korath has fixed that so we don't meet this irritating problem again in his last update.
