Collectible Card Game Headquarters

So I downloaded and unpacked both of the install RARs on the installition guide:

When I start a new program in Shandalar, I select a deck color, then when it should open the facemaker page I get an error. After that it will let me into Shandalar but with no specified face.

Is there a fix for this? Am I the only one to see this?

If I open the facemaker program in the directory it works, I can save faces for other modes. But in shanadalar the facermaker step just errors.
I have not yet done any other patching - just downloaded the two RAR files on the http://www.slightlymagic.net/wiki/Installation page...

I ended up deleteding the c:/magic folder and unpacking the RARs again, now it works fine.
