nope. I guess Fork would be closest.

If this is for coding a card like Deflection, could you just 'counter' the original and Fork it? The only other catch would be to make the original target illegal. I haven't really thought this through as to how it might work with cards with multiple targets (like Pyrotechnics, Electrolyze, etc) though.
