Manalink3.0 Trouble installing

Hey everyone. I am trying to play mtg manalink 3.0. I have extracted files and when I click the magic icon it shows hour glass, but then does nothing. The deck builder loads up fine, but neither the main app nor the shandlar will load. I have no idea what to even begin to try. I looked in the readme file and it said to open Install_me_first!.cmd, but I do not even have that file in the folders. Anyone have any suggestions or idea of what i'm doing wrong? I have the original game and it loads fine. Thanks

Because you say the original game loads fine maybe you have an issue with firewall or antivirus that block Magic.exe. Try to whitelist Manalink3.0 for them.
Which version of Manalink3.0 do you have? and what OS do you have?
