Does ManaLink online play still work?

Does ManaLink online play still work? Or, has the name manalink just been borrowed to refer to new updates and mods?

Also, I am currently playing off the 2010 ISO installer. Is this the recommended/definitive version these days?

No, manalink 3.0 is broken. Manalink 2.0 (however I don't know if there is a link that works, you have to check)and 2010 ISO online play should be working see wiki for this: https://www.slightlymagic.net/wiki/Multiplayer_Dueling.

As the first modded versions by Mok had this name and people got familiarised to that for the modded versions we kept going with this name.
