Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Hello I have had a GREAT fun using some Kamigawa cards, especially the Ninjas deck. Really cool. But I was wondering: why didn't you code any samurai card with Bushido? Isn't it worhty of? Or has some unpredictable (for me) difficulty?
