Update on Glimpse the Unthinkable, it only crashes once you have the mana in play to cast it. No idea why.

Monopman, so glad you found us. I've been trying to manage the bug list and falling a little behind Visit the wiki, you'll find my most up-to-date list there. It's enormous, but still missing a lot.

Glad you found your way here!monopoman wrote:Okay I just discovered the new site I kept waiting for Manalink.de to come back but it never did. I assumed that was what everyone was waiting for. Give me a day or two to compile the bugs and I will remake my old thread.
I am really upset I lost all my old info though .
We didn't have everyone's contact info, & I'm sure there are still others trying to find us.
Good to have you back with us.

Pattern of Rebirth lets you search for any number of creatures. That's quite good, but not really intended
*edit: Oh, it also puts the same number of duplicates of the dying creature into the graveyard.
BTW, thanks for making Shandalar so much more awesome!

Icy Manipulator Not as useful.

Rule:If you want to stop someone from attacking with a creature by using this card, you must do so before attackers are declared. You cannot wait until after attackers are declared and then try to use it to make a creature stop attacking. [D'Angelo 1998/06/03] Note that your opponent cannot start declaring attackers without letting you use the Icy.
I put Icy's in my deck to stop some creatures from attacking or for whatever else is needed. It would seem that unless the AI plays some effect before the AI's attack phase I have no chance to tap any of his creatures.
Attempting to tap after attackers were declared has no effect and I get chomped. It is only when the computer plays something before attack that I can use Icy to tap the AI's creature before the attack phase.
Cockatrice does not always destroy a creature for some reason. I noticed this when the AI plays enchantments on the creature. Same with Thicket baslick.
I noticed a few other goofy things, but Icy was one of my favorite cards.
Thanx.

If you set a stop on your opponents precombat main phase, you can still tap his creatures in his turn. To do that, click on his precombat main phase button when youre done with your turn.

Ah, never tried clicking on those buttons. I have vista 64 bit and pretty much get locked out of doing anything while the computer or my son is taking their turn. I can't even move my cards around, I just a get a blue waiting circle.
I will try to click this anyway and see if I can get the program to break to allow me to do this.
If not, then it is just a vista 64 bit thing running an old program.
once again thanx!!!!

Just seen Darksteel Citadel get eaten by Strip Mine. Is indestructible ability supposed to prevent that?

I've got a really obscure one that just happened to me. AI played Energy Flux. I refused to pay the upkeep on my Darksteel Ingot, but it's still in play, even though indestructible does not prevent sacrifice. Awhile back (when Ingot first came out) I had a Nevinyrral's Disk destroy my Ingot, so I guess someone made it TOO indestructible instead of not indestructible at all :p
Update: Even stranger, my Ingot was staying in play while I used the mouse to select 'do not pay upkeep', but when I used the keyboard to select it one turn, the Ingot went to my graveyard like it's supposed to.
Another Update: Ingot stayed in play after being hit by a Divine Offering, as it should. I have no idea what exactly is messing up, now :p
