I have a couple other cards I wanted to see:

1. Quirion Ranger
2 Gaea's Blessing
3. Wild Mongrel
4. Spike Feeder
5. Spike Weaver
6. Tangle Wire
7. Smokestack
8. Horn of Greed

Yeah...I like Green. Anyway I already posted my top 10 a long time ago, and you came through before. I really want that Ranger more than any other card...I'd pick that card first over a lotus in a draft

EDIT: I just thought about Mishra's Helix...want to make that old lando deck with plows, grasps, stacks, etc. It never won, but enlarged my ego vs. the combo players of the day.

Thanks m8, you're still my hero.

Thought of another card...Land Grant, I thought this was in the collection already...

I know I've posted here a few times before, but seeing as the race to 2000 is getting near the finish line, I want to throw in my top ten again. (Thanks be to Jatill for doing many of those I've already asked for, like Necropotence, Mana Drain, Yawgmoth's Will, and so on) As usual, I'm typically in favour of older cards. I went through the spoilers from Arabian Nights through and including Exodus, plus added one or two others that are newer. I tried to pick tournament staple cards, or at least cards that were in their day. A few are just fun cards or combo cards that I'd personally like to see.

1) Serra Avatar (should be simple given you did Progenitus already) A killer with Sneak Attack, Polymorph, or similar cards.
2) Goblin Welder (tournament staple)
3) Hell's Caretaker (if you can code Welder, you can code this on the same principle. Mostly for my fun 499 card decks)
4) Nether Void (Should be simple since modifying cc has been done via sphere of resistance, trinisphere, etc. Was key in land destruction decks)
5) Skull of Orm (Argivian Archaeologist on enchantments. Sucks, but is a fun card)
6) Crown of the Ages (Sucks a lot, but is a fun card)
7) Dance of the Dead (Should be simple, one of the better reanimator cards)
8) Illusions of Grandeur (Sucks, but... see below)
9) Donate (Donate illusions of grandeur! An obvious combo that took the world community in general a long time to find, or a lot longer than our local community)
10) Polar Kraken (sucks, but fun in reanimator)
11/10) Stormbind (tournament staple in its day)
12/10) Browse (I personally like this card, I think it's underrated. Better IMO than Treasure Trove)
13/10) Contagion (tournament staple card, and alternate cc has already been done)
14/10) Preacher (one of the best The Dark cards, might be slightly tricky to code)
15/10) Gorilla Shaman (tournament staple, should be easy to code based on detonate)
16/10) Soldevi Digger (seen in some niche decks, will either be trivially easy or incredibly hard. Putting the card on the bottom of the deck has been done already with Hideaway.)
17/10) Soldevi Excavations (underrated card, IMO)
18/10) Dwarven Miner (tournament staple, easy to code, just borrow Wasteland)
19/10) Grinning Totem (a fun card!)
20/10) Hammer of Bogardan (Probably doable in a similar way to genesis, squee. Tournament staple in its day)
21/10) Natural Balance (Finish prosbloom combo deck)
22/10) Squandered Resources (Finish prosbloom combo deck, also seen in some stasis decks)
23/10) Psychatog (tournament staple)
24/10) Quirion Dryad (tournament staple)
25/10) Goblin Recruiter (key in goblin decks)
26/10) Impulse (Similar to hideaway, and if you can get browse, you've probably got this one)
27/10) Abeyance (tournament staple)
28/10) Bosium Strip (early flashback type card that I totally forgot about until I was browsing the spoilers. Fun and probably a little underrated)
29/10) Rogue Elephant (tournament staple, easy to code, one of the best one-drops ever)
30/10) Coffin Queen (a fun card! similar to Rubinia, Animate Dead)
31/10) Cursed Scroll (tournament staple, similar to vexing arcanix and other stuff that names cards, like Wishes)
32/10) Earthcraft (was used in some combo decks, was restricted at one point, not sure about these days)
33/10) Jackal Pup (tournament staple, powerful one-drop)
34/10) Verdant Force (great card in reanimator)
35/10) Ruination (great card in monored)
36/10) Sacred Ground (can you say Land Destruction Loses?)
37/10) Volrath's Stronghold (great underrated card)
38/10) Mind over Matter (great card, easy to code based on twiddle, was on restricted list, probably still is, or should be)
39/10) Necromancy (good reanimator card)
40/10) Skyshroud Elite (another great one-drop)

Shard Volley has been in there for a while now.

Re: Aww's list. Seeing all those great cards makes me with we didn't have that darned limit. Cards like Rogue Elephant and Skyshroud Elite would be so easy to add, but it's hard to justify giving up a spot for cards that don't see any competitive play. That's just my opinion, of course, but right now it's the only one that matters

Wow, I'm retarded, I didn't think of Rishadan Port or Isochron Scepter. I second those! :p

But yeah, I agree with Jatill that quality tournament cards that are commonly used are far more important than silly but cool stuff like Crown of the Ages or Coffin Queen. Universally used cards like Goblin Welder, Psychatog, and Quirion Dryad deserve the last few spots, IMO, rather than my personal fan favourites.

edit: Wow, looking at the last poster's list, I *FINALLY* remembered the name of one card I wanted but couldn't remember. Coalition Victory! Thanks!

I had dreams of making a deck based on this with something like Slyph, making it every colour and having dual lands for the win. I suppose in this day and age, you can use Fusion Elemental, Sliver Queen, or other creatures like that to satisfy the creature requirement, but when I thought that up, I think Slyph was the only one card drop that could be all 5 colours at once.

psst don't make sliph though :p Not until 2k is beaten.

Hmm, ok don't know why Slyph isn't highlighting, but it was a 4/2 blue creature from Ice Age that cost I think 4U to play, and during your upkeep you could set its colours to anything you wanted or any combination of anything. It's pretty obscure, so I thought I'd mention that.

I know what card you're talking about, but the name is Shyft, if I'm not mistaken. I love Ice Age!!
