I've just got one that I found myself REALLY wanting for my Tendrils list.
Spoils of the Vault (similar to Demonic Consultation in coding, I'd assume)

This is the list of 10 cards that would most add to decks in the game.
1.) Manabond (42 land.dec requires this card everything else is in place.)
2.) Gaea's Blessing (Oath.dec requires this card everything else is in place.)
3.) Staff of Domination (Vital card for elf.dec which is a powerful deck.)
4.) Darksteel Colossus (Best tinker target ever printed strong card in Oath.dec)
5.) Replenish (Solid card all around great in competitive enchantress decks.)
6.) Solitary Confinement (See above)
7.) Elephant Grass (See above)
8.) Skyshroud Poacher (Nice card for trinity decks or other elf decks.)
9.) Sterling Grove (Another card for the competitive GW enchantress.dec)
10.) Hermit Druid (Vital piece in many combo decks.)

Actually most oath decks either run Progenitus or Darksteel Colossus. Depending on meta or whatnot since both are very hard to kill Progenitus does have the ability to end the game in 2 hits though since he effectively is unblockable.
You are correct though about 42 land.dec but Manabond is the most required card in the deck.

After beating challenge #6 with a sliver deck, I WANT MORE SLIVERS!!!!!!!!!!! They are SO FUN :p
The coolest ones from http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Searc ... spx?name=+[sliver] in my opinion are:
(cards in brackets are similar to existing cards ingame)
1) Acidic Sliver (Shock Troops)
2) Brood Sliver (Spawnwrithe)
3) Clot Sliver (Zombie Master, Regeneration)
4) Darkheart Sliver (Dark Heart of the Wood... duh :p)
5) Essence Sliver (Noble Purpose, Spirit Link)
6) Fungus Sliver (Fungusaur... duh again)
7) Harmonic Sliver (Indrik Stomphowler)
9) Necrotic Sliver (Vindicate, Desert Twister)
10) Psionic Sliver (Psionic Entity, another duh :p)
11) Pulmonic Sliver (Winged Sliver + anything that puts a card on top of library)
12) Quick Sliver (Ashcoat Bear)
13) Root Sliver (Volcanic Fallout)
14) Sedge Sliver (Sedge Troll! who would have thought?)
15) Shifting Sliver (no idea about anything close)
16) Sliver Legion (Coat of Arms for slivers only, or Plague Rats/Relentless Rats)
17) Sliver Overlord (any tutor that takes something specific + Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker steal ability)
18) Synapse Sliver (Coastal Piracy, Curiosity)
19) Telekinetic Sliver (Icy Manipulator)
20) Two-Headed Sliver (not sure of any examples)
21) Vampiric Sliver (Sengir Vampire!)
22) Virulent Sliver (Pit Scorpion)
23) Ward Sliver (Voice of All)
Yes I did restrain myself somewhat; the search I used said there are 77 cards with sliver in their name :p Feel free to code other ones, just I felt the rest were either crappier slivers not even I would use, or else harder to code, like the one that gives flanking, since we don't have anything with flanking yet.
edit: just reread Dormant Sliver and I don't want any crap that makes my precious Slivers have defender :p Slivers want to ATTACK WITHOUT MERCY!!!! RAAAAR
edit again: misread Two-Headed Sliver, but it's still good at least. Just the example I had for it was not relevant.
edit one more time: Oh yeah, and I'm liking Planeswalkers, too. I've never used them before now. (Back in MY day, we had interrupts, not planeswalkers!)

Dormant Sliver is actually really good, all you need is a way to sacrifice him, like Darkheart
I'm not sure how easy it is to code Slivers that give activated abilities to other Slivers though. Static abilities seems to be ok (flying, shroud, etc), but the only card I think that grants an activated ability to another is Zombie Master, and IIRC, the regen ability if it was in play had to be coded into each individual zombie (hence alot of them still aren't regeneratable). That would be *alot* of coding!

Hmm, that would rule out quite a few of them, though some could still be done in theory. It all depends what Jatill has in mind for the last few cards before the 2k wall. It's not a good idea to devote 20+ slots to Slivers at this point, but two or three would have their place, I think.
The most important thing to do is find cards that will make it into a wide variety of decks. For instance, most of Systral's and Monopoman's cards on this page fit into that category, though a few, like Elephant Grass, I only ever saw use in the original Prosbloom, and Skyshroud Poacher is more of a 'fun' card in my mind than a tournament contender, but hey, I like making silly and/or oversized decks to play against the AI.
I'll have to look up this "42 land" deck, because any deck that somehow makes practical use of Manabond is inconceivable to my mind at this point :p

My idea for granting activated abilities would be that you could click on the Sliver that grants it first (even if on opponent's side of the table), and then you could choose which one of your Slivers will actually use it... Similarly to how you click on Crucible of Worlds even though you're actually playing the land.

Oh, forgot a sliver. Gemhide sliver, probably won't be too difficult and a must have for sliver decks seeing as to how they're all multicolored.

Since vampires are coming back with a big bang (Only seen Nighthawk, Lacerator and Bloodhast and they already rule) and since most of Torment is not in, could we turn Nantuko Husk into Vampire Aristocrat?
That would save a spot.
My top 10, not aware if they can be made:
1.- Ichorid
2.- Organ Grinder
3.- Soul Collector
4.- Cephalid Looter
5.- Baron Sengir
6.- Devouring Strossus
7.- Kusarigama
8.- Vampire Lacerator
9.- Bloodghast
10.- Vampire Aristocrat
