Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Is Limited Resources codable? I just found an old decklist I proxied back in the late 90s and the only uncoded card on it is that one. It's even still legal in type 1, except for the 4x Vampiric Tutor, and that can be replaced partially by Imperial Seal. It's an old deck based on the Fastbond/Zuran Orb thing, only it was way before Crucible of Worlds, so it uses Timetwister and whatnot for recursion.

Like Stroggoii, I wish for Knight Exemplar in constructed (and also Captivating Vampire). Lords better fit in constructed than in limited.

As chances of getting new card(s) via tournaments are getting smaller, I'm listing here some nice to have cards that I would work well together - maybe a developer agrees with me:

And now that we have Double Strike, how about Assault Strobe for added oomph.

(and why not Wee Dragonauts, that would fit in well with those).

Then I had some nice plans for Throne of Geth. Also, Orim's Thunder would be fun for EDH decks at least. And that's all I had in mind now, I think.
