Moved Legacy deck to Themed
Added Ciroth OEM Microprose decks to Mono set Shandalar folder and made them ML3 compatibles
Removed Shandalar decks from Playdeck root
Renamed buggy deck name for compatibity language sake: Enchanté to Enchante, Les écureuils fous to Les ecureuils fous
Added some Ciroth decks to root
Sorted root deck by date, this is again temporary for more filtering. There is to note that decks using new cards apart from the original games/expansion were created starting from 2008.

Of course you can do that. The decks are in separate folders so that you can choose to play according to theme if you like,by inserting in the playdeck folder only decks of the theme you want to play.

I have around 40 decks I made myself. I'd say around half of those, the AI can play really well with them. If you want me to share them let me know and I can weed out the good ones. I tend to not make fast ones though. I tend to only make decks that try to survive for several rounds and then do something epic.

Please do so, and if possible use the naming convention and place them in the correct folder :)

How shall I package and share this?

I have the decks ready and I gave them proper names. Shall I just put them in to a ZIP file and upload as an attachment, and then people can just unzip it in to their playdeck folder?

Or is there a better way?

edit: I attached it anyway for now. I had more than I expected. There is 45, I put them in this zip file. If you just unzip them in to your "\playdeck" folder, you are all set. You can even move the others that are already there to a backup folder if you want to just use these decks.

They are nothing too extreme by the way. I think they are just a bit harder than the normal decks because they use quite powerful cards. I think only one or two are fast, they mostly take some time and then play big fun cards or perform powerful combos. Hope people like them!

In fact the objective is to have a nice big organized decks folder, so all you have to do is merge your decks in the current Playdeck archive and post again the whole pack so we can track the latest version.

If there is no section dedicated to your deck style you can just create another folder in the right section.

Edit: wait a min, going to post the lastest patch compatible Playdeck folder.

Ok here is the current Playdeck as of PDMNv2, there are still some works to do like removing some sneaky Vanguard avatar deck here and there.

Unfortunately I have to remove completely 2 decks from Orion79 mono set deck aka Guildpakt Deck and Magic 11 12th ed because they have Leyline of Sanctity.

Added some more decks to their respective folders, of course this is always temporary because they need to be renamed and moved to better folder if needed, now it's your turn Althuna :P

Well, the aim is to be able to recognize with a glance what kind of decks are yours and where they should go, so it should be appropriate:

- To rename your decks to something easy to recognize if possible, for example this pattern : BLOCK color type acronym/combo (RTR G/R Gruul Aggro)

- To put it in the appropriate pre existing folder if possible (RTR G/R Gruul Aggro will go to the subfolder Return to Ravnica of the folder Mono Set

- If there is no folder where you can put your decks but you know you have several of your decks that can fit in a new folder type, you can do so (if you have lot of deck with Banding as a theme, you can create and put them in the subfolder called Banding of the subfolder Themed of the subfolder Degenerate)

- If you are unsure of your deck type, can't find the right folder and there is not enough deck to fit in a new folder, you can put them in the Themed or Combo folder, this is the area where decks are in waiting...

- Remember, if you want to add your decks in the Playdeck folder, don't forget to download the latest one, modify it, then upload it again so another brave fellow can continue the legacy.

That's all and easy, right?

And that is why it's better that you do your own sorting with your own deck, since you made them and know better than anyone else which type is it (instead of another people which will have to look for all cards in the deck and try to decipher what it does)

M14 Bant Auras.dck is fun to play (on both side, with or against) but not so fun for the opponent since it lockdown lot of decks with an aggressive and hexproof tone.
It's the only deck that I know that can easily stand against BGR Jund and is not a specific hate deck.

I'm still working on this by the way! Been testing it quite thoroughly. I have about 100 decks but a lot of them don't work very well when played by the AI. It's mainly combos like Scapeshift + Ob Nixilis, the Fallen etc, he just doesn't understand them. So I am cutting out all those decks and only using ones that he can play well. So far I have 32 but I have 18 more to sort through and test and then I'll try to package it :)

Updated the folder to latest patch PTT

Deleted duplicates, sad thing but until Dave can find a way to bypass it it's too much a hindrance for Playdeck update

Added Combo Izzet Burn Storm.dck to Degenerate/Combo folder

Created Theros folder and added a few popular and/or tournament winner type decks as of PTT patch:
THS Boros Midrange.dck
THS Esper Control.dck
THS Irindu Ramp.dck
THS Monoblue Devotion.dck
THS RDW.dck
THS Selesnya Aggro.dck
THS Sorok Control.dck
THS Tribal Minotaurs.dck
THS White Weenie.dck

There is to note that AI plays quite well THS Selesnya Aggro against others tournaments winner while the popular deck nowadays is supposed to be THS Esper Control, but is completely outclassed by non tournament deck like THS White Weenie.
Personally I find the latest standard a bit dull because there are a lot of cards from previous expansions that are still viable so there is not much variety in the meta, though individually some cards are impressive (AI plays quite well monstrous and bestowed creatures)
