Okay I got it now (didn't look very hard did I?)

My only question now is whether I should just reattach the updated zip file with an extra folder called "Brewin" or something with my decks in it... I'm not sure what folder to put them in otherwise...

The decks are sorted by type as you can see in the folder (Degenerate, Mono Set, etc...) but currently there are some exceptions (2009 to 2012 are unsorted old decks, Orion79 has his own deck folder because he had only 1 deck for many subtype which is not enough to be classified for a specific folder...).

You can either manually place them in their specific folder if it exist, or you can just put them in an unsorted section (they will be processed later).

For the decks you have converted to be T1 vintage legal I guess you should make a new folder named like that or put them in the T1 file if there is one.So people can keep the decks as they were made originally and keep the changed ones elsewhere.About decks you created either put them in matching folders or in a new file.

The current tier system with Standard and below bother me a bit classification-wise because it change with every released set and it's a pain to update the decks everytime along with the banned list.

Maybe we should add some timestamps like Vintage 19XX or something like that in order to recognize its epoch...

Orion79 decks udpated to return back Leyline of Sanctity
Tribal Lifegain Cleric.dck updated to replace 4 Soul Warden with 4 Soul's Attendant

Added Tribal WB Cleric.dck
to Degenerate/Tribal

Added T Battle of Wits (Modern).dck
To Degenerate/Combo

Added BNG Bant Ramp.dck
Added BNG Boros Token.dck
Added BNG Rakdos Midrange Demon.dck
To Mono Set/Theros

Moved Kokusho Dream.dck from 2011 to Degenerate/Challenge/Challenge 3-8 Easy as 1 2 3

Started to pull out decks from the Challenge section to here, each challenge will have its folder with winner decks in there, 1-1 and 3-8 are done, still on 3-6 but I stopped to let Brewin add his decks

Ok I've attached the PlayDeck 23-04-2014 zip file updated with 23 of my decks (3 are direct copies of physical decks I have, so not as strong)

I wasn't exactly sure what category to file each deck under so I used my own judgement. Most went under the "Themed" category, a couple I put under "Combo" etc. I can list the decks and what categories they went under if that helps. (A doppleganger/copy artifact deck for Tetravites I put under "Themed" rather than tokens since it's not strictly a token/counter deck, and a Pyromancy deck I put under "Themed" as well even though it's a similar kinda deck to Sneak Attack decks that have their own category).

All these decks are T1 Vintage legal, and none are using any of the locked cards either :)

I'll get to this in a day or two's time, and include notes of the substitutions used etc..

Well, your decks are brutal and the AI is quite fearsome with them, it can match standard decks if it wasn't making bad moves on the long run or bad starting hand, thanks for adding them!

Cheers stassy, I did try to make them the best they could be :)

About the only deck the AI really makes a mess of is Karmic Hack cos it really doesn't know what to do with Sleights and Hacks (it just casts them on nothing). But it generally does a good job on the others I found...

Here's the PlayDeck folder with 3,101 decks converted to be Vintage / T1 compliant (it includes 23 of my own decks but not the others stassy may have recently added).

You'll probably want to rename the "PlayDeck" folder in the attached file too.

Details of the Vintage list applied, the substitutions applied, etc are all included in the zip file too.

Enjoy :)

Brewin, can you copy paste an already existing deck you modified to be Vintage compliant (before and after change)?

I'm trying actually to merge your deck folder with the current official one but not sure if my tool worked...
