Evolve

I noticed that when the AI could cast both Soldier of the Pantheon and Experiment One, it chose to cast Soldier first rather than trigger Experiment One's Evolve ability. I have no idea how to code it differently, but I think all things being equal, the AI should definitely cast the creature with Evolve first then the other creature (again, assuming it has the resources to cast both).
