Recovering Data

I recently had to replace my computer's hard drive because the old hard drive got corrupted, and in doing so, I had to download forge all over again and start from the beginning (after the hundreds of decks I put on there). I'm willing to start all over if I have to, but I just want to make sure these's no other way to recover that data other than using a flash drive.
