Forge 1.5.40 Bug/Crash Report

Hello, reporting a crash encountered in the version named on the subject.

Description: After completing a quest-mode tournament I was asked if I wanted to save the picked draft, to which I answered yes.
After that if I click "Booster Draft" under the sanctioned format category I get the crash. Restarting the game solves the issue.
