Card Price Downloader Doesn't Work

Not sure if this is a known issue, but when I try to use the card price downloader in 1.5.41, it always says "skipped 1 item(s)" and if I check the actual file location on my hard drive the file remains as one which was last updated in 2014, without any of the newer cards or any recent fluctuations in price.

Please let me know if there are any obvious fixes to this issue (e.g. checking for Read-Only on all-prices.txt).

PS: It wasn't read-only.

This is fixed for 1.5.42. I didn't have time to get it in before the release. The old Forge server went down not too long ago and there's still a few things that need replacing. You can download the new file here and replace your current one with it.
