Playing Online with 40 cards decks

Is it possible to play either online or against the IA with 40 cards decks? io would love to do so since my friends and I use to draft my cube at cubetutor and we will love to use this decks to play it online via forge.

In the preferences there's a checkbox that says "Deck Conformance". Not sure how that works when it comes to Online Multiplayer. I'd imagine it would inherit the preferences of the host.
