That's because some of the more recent quest opponents don't have pictures yet. I submitted one for Shelob a couple of weeks ago, but it hasn't been added yet.

How should I use Conspiracy cards? I drafted my conspiracy cards in my deck, but how to enable it in game?

Apparently the Amonkhet embalm tokens are not displayed. I'm not sure if it's a bug or if it's not implemented yet.
