Trufflesnout - Lifegain amount wrong

Describe the Bug:
Trufflesnout's enter the Battlefield Option to gain 4 life only gives 3 life in Forge instead.
Maybe a dev entered a 3 instead of a 4 because of the gain 3 life theme of Coreset 2021?

Which card behaved improperly?
Trufflesnout from core Set 2021.
