Missing cards list ?

Somewhat surprisingly, this question doesn't seem to have been asked before ?
(At least not specifically like this.)
The use case :
To be aware of the missing cards over the different Magic "platforms" :
Paper / Forge / MTGO / MTGA / Manalink / Shandalar...
Which obviously is going to have an impact on deckbuilding, and can be sneaky if only a few cards are missing from a set.
(Even paper is missing some cards, for instance the astral cards that require randomly selecting a target or play a random effect.)
(At least not specifically like this.)

Ok, I stumbled on this post :

And I see that there's even 187 Un-set (or related) cards that have been coded in !
Wow, that is *so* impressive !
(I was used to the many missing cards in Manalink/Shandalar, but I guess it's much easier when you have access to and can change the original source code !)

And now that I look at this list more closely, I see that there's only three (3!) "non-weird" cards there :
Static Discharge from Jumpstart: Historic Horizons (J21/J21)
and
Equinox from Legends (LEG/LG)
and
Backup Plan from Conspiracy (CNS/CNS)
The others being :
- The Unset-like
Chaos Orb from Limited Edition Alpha (LEA/A) and
Falling Star from Legends (LEG/LG)
- Assist cards from Battlebond (BBD/BBD) where another player can help to play the colorless mana in their cost.
- Cards interacting with drafting from Conspiracy (CNS/CNS) and Conspiracy: Take the Crown (CN2/CN2)

Bump ! So, how is this list going ?
Currently missing : (?)
"several cards" (?) from Streets of New Capenna Commander Decks (NCC)
and
I assume Alchemy : New Capenna (A22), since it only came out 9 days ago ?
and
Static Discharge from Jumpstart: Historic Horizons (J21)
and
Backup Plan from Conspiracy (CNS)
(and
technically also Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate (CLB), since it came out yesterday)
"Weird" missing cards : (?)
- Assist cards from Battlebond (BBD) where another player can help to play the colorless mana in their cost.
- Cards interacting with drafting from Conspiracy (CNS) and Conspiracy: Take the Crown (CN2)
EDIT : I guess for completion's sake, I might as well add here :
