Thanks. I have been using forge for a while now and I made that icon a while back to use as an icon for a shortcut to the .jar file.
The icon was made using Inkscape and converted to the .ico format with GIMP.
I'm going ahead and posting the svg here in case anybody wants it.

Heh, Duels of the Planeswalkers...
I hate the way the playfield looks, top down via Forge or Octgn are really much much better, even though it's not as bling-y.
