Looking back I can remember finding the card shuffling code. I added in a call to play the shuffling card deck sound that I recorded. I think that the card shuffling code was set up to shuffle some number of times ... and with a new object being created each time the deck was shuffled ... java heap space errors.

Yes, and even worse, a sound would be played anytime a card got tapped!
