I don't know how you were testing, but Path to Exile and Ghost Quarter worked perfectly fine for me. Exhume was incorrect.AndyTron wrote:A few cards with secondary effects don't seem to be working properly. For example neither Path to Exile nor Ghost Quarter allow you to search out a land, and Exhume doesn't allow the opposing player to return a creature to the battlefield, only the caster. Their may be others, but these are the only ones I've noticed.

I've also tested Path to Exile once or twice because I do see bugs reported on it. It's always worked fine for me too.

What I meant to say is, that Path to Exile and Ghost Quarter have been fixed already.

I'm still using the unmodified beta. It seems the problem was already fixed in the dailies.jeffwadsworth wrote:I don't know how you were testing, but Path to Exile and Ghost Quarter worked perfectly fine for me. Thanks. Between work and studies I don't really have the time to do any dedicated testing right now so I mostly just play a few games here and there using the cards and deck types that I like and report any bugs as I see them.Chris H. wrote:`AndyTron wrote:I'm still using the unmodified beta. From now on I'll try to keep up with the dailies before making any reports.

I don't win the game on my upkeep for having 100+ counters on Helix Pinnacle. It triggers on my upkeep and goes on the stack, but the game just continues on afterward.

The description text is a little funky for some cards that have an counter-removing ability or effect. Instead of saying "Remove (x)(type) counters", they say "Remove (x)(Types)".
For instance, Hoofprints of the Stag says,
The storage lands (Bottomless Vault, Calciform Pools, etc.) and Clockwork animals (Clockwork Beast, etc.) look OK. And some are a mix - for example, Bloodletter Quill.
Overall, it looks like it may be a parsing issue between the scripted cost and how that gets translated into the descriptive text field. The oddly worded cards don't seem to contain the odd wording in their scripts (although I only checked a few).
For instance, Hoofprints of the Stag says,
- Code: Select all
2 W, Remove four Hoofprints from Hoofprints of the Stag:

The tokens created by Weirding Shaman are just named Goblin, not Goblin Rogue ("Rogue" is missing from the TokenName$ parameter).

. Wurmweaver Coil has an errant sentence in its text description: "As an additional cost to cast Wurmweaver Coil, Sacrifice Wurmweaver Coil." Thankfully, that's not actually enforced when you cast it.
That sentence doesn't appear in the card script, so maybe it's just a manifestation of the same parsing issue I reported earlier (15 Oct 11, 00:46), which Sloth already fixed...

Nope. The token ability was scripted as a Spell, not an Ability. Fixed now.Zirbert wrote:. Wurmweaver Coil has an errant sentence in its text description: "As an additional cost to cast Wurmweaver Coil, Sacrifice Wurmweaver Coil." Thankfully, that's not actually enforced when you cast it.

The search ability of Veteran Explorer doesn't work, but it still triggers and shuffles your library.
