How does Liliana of the Veil ultimate work?
by Tranberry » 16 Jan 2012, 17:38
I just tried to do Liliana of the Veil 's ultimate move, and I don't really understand what to do so I botched it and let the computer only lose one permanent.

I guess this is how I thought it would work:

Clicking the OK button to add to pile one, and clicking cancel to add to pile two.

User experience, make or break. MtG drafting is fun.

This box currently isn't as good as it can be. Right now, it's a multi-select box so Ctrl+Click all of the cards you want to add for putting in pile 1, and the rest of the cards will go in Pile 2.
For me it'd be easier to have two Card List Boxes side by side, with a right arrow and a left arrow. If you click on either arrow with a row selected, it moves in that direction (if it can). Once you click ok, the left box becomes Pile 1 and the right box becomes pile 2. Unfortunately, we don't have this created yet, so hopefully some motivated UI minded person can whip it together.
