When Gilded Lotus was used to pay for Chrome Steed, it automatically decided to use white mana - when I really would have liked to have used green or black!

Darigaaz's Charm should not be able to target cards in an opponent's graveyard.

Were you paying the whole cost of Chrome Steed with the Lotus or just a partial cost?

Edit: Just tested and definitely working in the svn version (it does just add the extra mana to your pool as suspected). So if it was broken, its since been fixed.
Where would I see that, and how do I use that extra mana in the mana pool?

at the left side are all 5 mana symbols. Under each one, there is a number (normally 0).
If you have more in your manapool, it will be written there. Click on it while pay the manacost to use this mana.

I can't get the third ability of Springjack Pasture to work. I click it, it taps and does nothing. It does not prompt me to select target goats.

I used it to pay the final {1} for the casting cost and was left afterward with {W} {W}.

Crash Report

After choosing to play first, the crash report appeared. I was starting a challenge against the Green Medium challenge deck. I was using a black deck with only one card in my opening hand that I had not played before, Semblance Anvil (if that matters). The game proceeded normally however.

I won using Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Sky Hussar combo (5~10 haste flying tokens).

At the beggining of the next game this appears in the stack:

With Honden of Night's Reach and Honden of Infinite Rage in play, when the AI has 2 cards and during my upkeep he discards them, the display shows 1 and not zero cards in AI's hand.

Not sure about this one it may be fine. Lignify cast on an artifact creature. Does it stop being an artifact or is that the card type not the creature type?
Currently it remains an artifact in forge which may be correct.
Sorry to bother you if this is all fine you guys tend to get the rules right.
