I just had an idea regarding counters. Maybe we could have just one circle, with the appropriate number inside of it, so we wouldn't have to consult the detail panel for the amount of counters. Furthermore, we could have different colors for different types of counters. For example, green for +1/+1 counters, black (or red if the color of the number has to be black) for -1/-1 counters, yellow for charge counters, and the current blue color as a 'catch-all' for the rest. We also could have green representing all good p/t effects, and black red for all bad ones. Those that are mixed (i.e. -1/+1) could have like a half color, similar looking to hybrid mana symbols.

Some more counter ideas:
1. Make position of the counter image variable, so if a card has multiple types of counters, they would be displayed at two different heights.
2. Make two graphics for every counter (eventually). One, a normal round counter; these would be used if the number of counters is less than a certain number (ideally set by user). For example, if there are 5 or less counters, they would be displayed in a single line, partially overlapping so the total length of the line wouldn't surpass, say, two normal widths of the counter image. The second graphic would be oval, with width twice the height, left side would bear the normal counter image while right side would have "x <number>" signaling the current amount.
Now, let's have a look at counters.
P/T-affecting counters -- there are currently 13 of these:
-2/-2 (Ebon Praetor)
-2/-1 (Contagion)
-1/-1 (many)
-1/-0 (Jabari's Influence)
-0/-2 (Greater Werewolf and Spirit Shackle)
-0/-1 (several old cards, notably including Wall of Roots)
+0/+1 (several old cards)
+0/+2 (Frankenstein's Monster)
+1/+0 (several cards, notably old-style Clockwork creatures)
+1/+1 (many)
+1/+2 (Armor Thrull)
+2/+0 (Frankenstein's Monster)
+2/+2 (several old cards, notably Baron Sengir)
I'd suggest to use dark green for +2, light green for +1, white for 0, light red for -1 and dark red for -2. Then the counters are split horizontally into two colors with + or - symbol. So +1/+1 counters would be light green with +, but +1/+2 counter would have light green top and dark green bottom. -0/-2 counter would have white top and dark red bottom with -.
Named counters and their suggested icons. The icons should be distinctive enough to be recognizable at small size. The icons should be always black unless specified otherwise:

Trying to play on a windows tablet but it is very difficult because I cannot preview cards. Tapping automatically moves them into play instead of highlighting/selecting. Is it possible to include an option for a tap (single click) to just select a card and a second click to confirm play? Magarena does this when touch mode is selected.

That should be possible. I'll look into it.noxxle wrote:Trying to play on a windows tablet but it is very difficult because I cannot preview cards. Would it be possible to have mode where you can play the same constructed decks for x amount of games, and track the w/l percent?

I don't know if this is allready possible but I'd love the following features in the quest mode:
1) Let me take sets out of the unlocking structure.I don't mind being able to have a starting pool and then unlock sets slowly, but I really don't feel any need to unlock editions if I could unlock sets.
2) An ability to create my own sets, and arrange them in a quest unlock structure. I used to create draft sets (not cubes, but proper draft sets) for people and I'd be perfectly willing to craft sets out of the exsisting cards.

I'd like a feature to sort my quest decks.
I've named them with increasing numbers but I can't sort them.
A minor issue of course, I only mention it as I imagine it might be a relatively easy feature to add.

Adding card views to Deck Editor and Draft is near the top of my planned projects.Pongpyng wrote:I think some user may already request this feature but I just want to post it again just in case nobody did.
It would be great if you could add card view especially for draft mode.Untitled-1.jpg
And thank you for your hard work. You're the best!

Would it be possible for the deck editor to recognize that when I deselect a color, it doesn't show multi-colored (gold-bordered, not hybrid) cards with that color?
