Multikicker Joraga Warcaller didn't trigger Door of Destinies when I casted it, when I should have gotten a counter for casting an Elf spell.

Infect on Cystbearer versus a Wall of Blossoms results in the display of 2 -1/-1 counters on the 0/4 defender as -2/-2 instead of -2/2. Wall of Blossoms isn't removed though, so it is only a display bug.

With this, what seems to be happening is that Forge is auto-generating another quest preferences file and is using elements of both the file you were previously using and the new one it generates. I've found that copy/pasting the contents of your original file into the one it auto-generates seems to fix it.noian wrote:Quest Preferences seem to be ignored in 1.3.0...unless it is a bug with quests imported from previous versions.
The reward amounts are wrong. Alternative win via poison gives me the default instead of a changed value. Alternative win via Epic Struggle gives me nothing when I remember getting the Alternative win amount in 1.2.7.
For the above, shell would probably be best.

Does Lantern of Insight work or am I missing something? How do I see the AI top of library card? I clicked the deck icons and they don't show anything.

Like all "look at the top card" cards, if you hover on the card that grants you the ability, it should have a list in the Card Detail Panel with what's on top.Spatzi wrote:Does Lantern of Insight work or am I missing something? A copy of Careful Consideration rebounded by Cast Through Time will resolve in my main phase and therefore I have to discard only 2 cards. I don't have stops in my upkeep- or draw step.

Sneak Attacked with a Utvara Hellkite, it made a 6/6 dragon token, then was sacrificed at the end step. Attacked with the dragon token my next turn, and another 6/6 token was put onto the battlefield. Utvara Hellkite's triggered ability worked while in the graveyard for the rest of the game.

I've been breaking forge
* Reaper from the Abyss morbid ability seems not to trigger correctly if I don't have a stop set for End of Turn.. very strange
* Encountered a freeze with a blank dialog window when using Fa'adiyah Seer tap ability with Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar in play (picked a land).
Cheers

Hi! I've been playing Forge for a few months and I have to say I absolutely love it. Unfortunately, I had my version, the version before this update, crash on open repeatedly so I decided to just upgrade to the new one.
I'm running 1.3.0 now but I can't ever seem t finish a game without it crashing. I would very much appreciate some help on this - I tried other similar programs to Forge but this is without a doubt the best one.
I tried to copy and paste the crash report but as a new user I am apparently unallowed to post the report because it contains urls. I'm running
Version:
Forge version 1.2.15-r17352
OS: Mac OS X Version: 10.5.8 Architecture: x86_64
Java Version: 1.6.0_26 Vendor: Apple Inc.
Detailed error trace:
java.lang.ArithmeticException: / by zero
Thank you very much for your amazing program! I truly hope someone can help me get it working.

Your crash report states that you are running Forge version 1.2.15 rather than 1.3.0.
Try downloading a fresh version of Forge version 1.3.0, extract the archive, copy it over to your HD and then run the forge app without copying over any files from the other version on your computer.

Kudos on the excellent work done so far with Forge but I would be remiss if I didn't mention a few niggling issues.
Pallimud, Scourge of Kher Ridges, Lava Hounds and Sliptide Serpent all have an extra space after the dash on their type line. If anything it doesn't have them sort properly in the deck editor: you see them at the top of the list for creatures when sorting per type.
Trying to import content (I assume only card images are meant as that) from v1.2.15 leads to a crash when selecting /res/pics as the source folder (see crash report below).
These several bug reports below are basically due to my being clumsy assigning blockers, clicking critters out of order. I was able to continue the game.
Anyway here is a screenshot of the general situation at the time:
I had it copying a Pyreheart Wolf and decided to try out casting a Crater Hellion. The undying triggered as I suppose it should and as the Vesuvan Doppelganger came back into play I had it copy the Crater Hellion with the customary +1/+1 counter being placed upon it. So far so good. During my next turn's upkeep a nagging doubt assaulted me: should I be paying the echo for the Crater Hellion copy and not just the original one?
I'd think it's not too untoward to ask for a more organized battlefield with relation to non-land non-creature permanents, with cards of each type gravitating towards cards of the same type. Perhaps something like designated sliding slots for each type expanding/contracting to accommodate pertinent permanents as they enter and leave the battlefield.
I think this'll be it for now. Keep it up

Might this be related with my ability to I turning over Ludevic's Test Subject over to check the other side on the Card Detail pane and it changing accordingly on the battlefield without ever having enough hatchling counters to trigger the transform ability? The game views this as a legitimate action as I could get a Vesuvan Doppelganger to copy the "night side".Chris H. wrote:It seems like the front face of double faced cards aren't triggering properly, but the back face and single faced cards are.
Incidentally here is a recounting of my shenanigans with a Vesuvan Doppelganger.Chris H. wrote:A recent contribution to the code base should fix some of the bugs that people noticed with cloning type abilities. At this time there are two remaining issues that we hope will be addressed in the near future.
1. Leave play triggers don't work correct for clones.
2. Copies of cards that setup Zone Change triggers via addComesIntoPlayCommand and addLeavesPlayCommand will not function correctly.

Fixed, thank you Dracontes.

Unhinged lands? How?Dracontes wrote:Anyway here is a screenshot of the general situation at the time:Bug_1a.jpg
To Forge developers - Are there plans to include Judge Gift Program, Unglued lands, Unhinged lands, From the Vault etc.? I know it's redundant, but these cards have nice art, for example, http://magiccards.info/jr/en/39.html.
