Achievement?

Hello,
First, thank you for a great program. I just returned to MTG after a long absence but have zero interest in spending a lot of money.
Now on to the meat of the post. I am Achievement Hunting and just updated from 1.6.46 to 1.6.47 in order to verify the bug. With the Achievement Blackjack, it doesn't work for the Rare (50 Commander damage) and Mythic (100 Commander damage) levels. I have copies of the log if needed and can easily reproduce the bug at any time for a screenshot.
I created a Commander deck with Akiri, Line-Slinger as the commander then gave her 98 Plains and 1 Elixir of Immortality. This was the deck I gave to the AI so I could do my Achievement Hunting.
My deck has Balan, Wandering Knight as the commander, 33 Plains, 1 elixir of Immortality, and 65 Equipment Artifacts so I can get up the the power level for Blackjack.
After making sure I have the exact power for the Achievement, I attacked and ended the game. This worked fine at Common (21 Commander damage) and Uncommon (30 Commander damage) so it is most likely a bug in the Achievements.

It seems that Rite of Flame doesn't work correctly -- it always adds just two mana, even if there are more copies already in the graveyard.

Submerged Boneyard only gives you blue mana, not black mana. When you tap it, it doesn't gives you the choose between blue or black mana. It gives always blue mana.

When Binding the Old Gods gets the second counter, it doesn't let you search for a forest card.

that means if your opponent dies from <0 life at the same time it doesn't see commander dmg as cause

Hardened Scales doesn't put an extra +1/+1 counter in the creatures.

Tokens from Riptide Replicator are not created with the new naming convention of "<whatever> Token" Might affect Volrath's Laboratory as well?

Hi, attachment is related. A lot of cards have white corners. I have set that masking option to crop. Anything else I can do except maybe edit all pictures?

Zabaz, the Glimmerwasp has a triggered ability that is supposed to increase the number of +1/+1 counters on creatures from modular abilities. According to https://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=525140, this has some exceptions, and should work like this:
Zabaz enters battlefield: no bonus counter.
Zabaz dies: no bonus counter.
Power Depot enters battlefield: no bonus counter.
Other modular creature enters battlefield while Zabaz is controlled: bonus counter.
Other modular creature dies while Zabaz is controlled: bonus counter.
However, in this version of forge, no bonus counters are applied under any circumstances.

When you actives the abbility of Chaos Wand, you exiles cards until you search a sorcery or and instant, but you don't put the rest of cards exiled in the bottom of the library. The cards remaind exiled even when the turn ends.

Lightning Storm doesn't give you the option to retarget it when you use its ability.

Having issues with "Sigarda, Host of Herons" and a creature with Annihilator. When attacked I am forced to sacrifice four permanents despite being protected from spells and abilities my opponent controls. The wording for Sigarda and from what I have seen others mention is that she should prevent the affect of Annihilator from happening.
I ran in to another issue with a blue vanish enchantment forcing me to sac attached creature but I forgot the name of the card and didnt catch a screen shot.
I seen a post that talked about another card suggesting that it was not a problem with Sigarda but the other cards, not sure if that is the same here or not but I was trying to find some other reports for Sigarda.
