Definitely! My favorite creation costs 0, can give control of any card to any player, can ping, mill, resurrect, counter spells and just about anything else you might want. Oh, while we're here, I should mention that clicking the "header" for each section in the filters will reset the section.
It's actually a pretty useful feature but I didn't make it very visible

Re: half checkboxes missing - that is also a bug I've noticed too, has to do with the UI caching states. I've just turned my attention to that, so maybe that bug will get fixed (no promises yet sorry). But, confirmed.
