I'll quote Krazy here -

Your quest file has been corrupted for some reason. There's backups of your quests available in your "C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Forge\quest\saves" folder. Delete the corrupt .dat file for your quest and copy and paste the .dat.bak file, renaming it to have just .dat at the end. You may need to show hidden files and folders in Windows to get to AppData

i am getting that error message right as forge says, opening main window... i already checked my saves folder, and its empty help me please someone

Do you mean the AI keeps tapping him?

Also getting a crash on loading quest (did mine become corrupt as well?). It runs fine when I remove the save files, but did seem to work fine before loading said quest. Thanks for the great program as always. Cheers.

Edit: I also tried to use the backup file by renaming it but still crashes.

Did either of you try deleting your Quest Preferences? Something got corrupted, it's just impossible to tell what it is. The preferences file is the second most likely culprit.

heres the thing.. bro this is a fresh copy of forge i mean i literally just unzipped it on this pc... i have java, i run the forge as both admin and not admin... i removed the entire forge folder in appdata and re launch forge, and its still giving me the error... nothing is in my quest folder... deleted preference files as well.. still nothing

I deleted the quest preference file but still errors. I think I will just start a new quest, always fun to start over I suppose.

the error message i am getting at the "opening main window seems to have changed to this.

EDIT: i think i found where the errors are coming from. i uploaded a pic of the directory where i found the sources of error, i had to unzip the "forge-gui-desktop-1.5.40-jar-with-dependencies" file to get to the directory. the directory that is shown in the pic highlights the two first errors i assume.

Got a card error in the latest build. Marath, Will of the Wild can use his abilities with X=0. At least the AI can. Ran into a situation where he was generating 0/0 tokens for free and Purphoros would hit me for 2 on each one. Strangely the AI wouldn't do it for the kill, just a few damage each turn.

Not actually a bug, but there's misleading wording on an ability:

When you activate the +2 ability on Nahiri, the Lithomancer , the game asks you if you would like to attach Nahiri to the token instead of if you'd like to attach an equipment to the token. I did try it out and it doesn't actually attach Nahiri, it's just worded weird.

Found an issue with a card in this build.

Mind's Desire appears to work properly, but when used with cards that exile themselves as part of their effect, it allows you to cast the cards over and over again. Things like Time Spiral, Cunning Wish, etc. can be used infinitely, as well as any other card if you use it with Yawgmoth's Will, as long as the card was exiled with Mind's Desire during the turn.

It seems to only affect non-permanents, as once cards went onto the battlefield then to graveyard then exile it didn't let me cast them again.
