Drowned Catacomb always enters tapped even when I do have a basic island in play.

Hm. Not to mention its awkward interface, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind.'s ping ability can target only the computer or a creature it controls (and I'm not even sure the dialog works correctly for creatures with protection or shroud), but not myself or Swans of Bryn Argoll I control.
EDIT: Could someone put a note on Counterbalance stating it's not implemented yet?

Nice work on the latest updates.
Virulent Sliver is still broken though.
When I attack with it the computer is assessed 6 poison counters. ;p
not right at all. hehe

Weird, it seems to be working fine for me. Do you attack with just a single Virulent Sliver?
EDIT: And Counterbalance seems to work fine for me also...

About Counterbalance: The computer played a Mox and it went through, but the next card I drew was a land.
Animate Dead is technically an Aura enchantment, and its in-game text says it's treated as a sorcery, but it can actually be used as an instant! Take that, Makeshift Mannequin!

Yes I attacked with a single Virulent Sliver.
The only other creature I had in play at the time was Gemhide Sliver.
This happens no matter what though.

Ahh, I see what's wrong now. Basically, the "Poisonous 1" triggers for each keyword on the Virulent Sliver (or any other sliver) instead of each instance of "Poisonous 1".rigged wrote:Yes I attacked with a single Virulent Sliver.

Fixed!

Well abusing the computer doesn't really count. At least not in my book.Almost_Clever wrote:I have to admit that I'd gotten addicted to using the computer's mana (and preventing the computer from being able to cast spells is just overkill) until I my 9-year-old daughter asked why I was doing something I knew was wrong...

One of the reasons why I wrote Forge was to allow me to abuse the AI with land destruction and all sorts of mean, nasty decks without hurting its feeling.

Since the computer had only a Sakura-Tribe Elder at the time, I used Treachery and sacrificed it to try to trigger some landfall abilities, but to my surprise I wasn't asked which land I wanted. Instead, the computer got it!
Believe it or not, this insanity is a typical example of Yu-Gi-Oh 'rules', under which the owner rather than the most recent controller of a card in the graveyard (usually) receives the effect. But that doesn't matter, since
EDIT: Phantom Warrior can also appear as a random rare, though technically it was one in Starter and Portal. Also, Kazandu Blademaster asks whether or not to use its ability even when it itself gets Crib Swap.ped. No, it has no effect, but yes, I am catching on to your little hacks one by one.
EDIT2: Megrim can do damage with Timetwister, but I can't blame you for this one.

Recently made a Necropotence deck that was crushing decks left and right. Then I realized that when once Necropotence is casted, the computer stops drawing cards to. Necropotence is pretty nuts to begin with but this is just downright evil

I will change the Phantom Warrior to uncommon and merge this into the SVN later tonight. Thank you for reporting this.

I saw it in the thread about 3 months ago, but I got the error myself last night with 0510:
The AI can cast Elephant Ambush every turn from the graveyard, for a cost of only 4. The card stays in the graveyard after use.
Lucky for me - AI didn't attack with as many as it could have, so I squeaked out the win in time. (I knew you had to to know!)

I received a free Regrowth from Bloodbraid Elf and was asked for the card to return twice. It seems the second answer is the one actually used. (What would have happened had I not had any cards in the graveyard at the time?)
