Compy plays Festering Wound on my Imperial Recruiter.
Then it is my turn and I take 2 damage from the Festering Wound.
This is impossible because there should not be a counter on the recruiter until Compy's next upkeep and even then it should be 1 counter/damage, not 2!
It looks like the recruiter got 2 counters either upon getting targeted by FW or on my upkeep.
Both are wrong. Please fix.

I'm noticing that the game will occasionally eat spells that I cast. What I mean by this is that I'll click on the spell that I want to cast, then I'll tap the lands that I need to tap, then I'll find out that I'm on to my next phase with however many tapped lands and no cast spell.... My usual response is "wtf??!"

I think this is something that has to do with the new GUI, I noticed as well that sometimes I can't play a Mox quite as easily.

Barney Rubble 2 has issues:
On a quest with the newest build and he cheats horribly.
He has 3 creatures with exalted, one of which is Sovereigns of Lost Alara.
He casts Zephid's Embrace, giving it flying and shroud.
Then he gets crazy. He casts 2 (!!!) Mythic Proportions. He targets the Sovereigns with both of these, which he shouldn't be able to do since it has shroud, then attacks with it and activates exalted about 9 (!) (or so, I didn't count exactly) times, ending up with 25/26 creature.
Ugh...

I'll take a look at this soon. Just got back from Vacation. Did you click on the Dragon first or were you adding the mana to your manapool?shazzlnet wrote:was just playing the beta in quest mode.

We can cast the Hunted Dragon by first placing the placing the mana from the Nantuko Elder into the mana pool and then using this mana to pay for the Hunted Dragon. No error exception.
We get the error only when we skip placing the mana in the mana pool and we tap the Nantuko Elder as part of the Pay Mana Cost. In this case the Nantuko Elder's mana is placed into the pool rather than being used directly to pay the cost. After the error we can close the exception window and tap the mana pool for the Nantuko Elder's mana as the mana is not lost.

Did you by any chance save the error exception to disk. It might contain some info that whould be useful in tracking down this bug.

Something seems to be wrong with First Strike Combat Damage.
I only attacked with Knight of Meadowgrain and it was blocked by Skyknight Legionnaire and Druid of the Anima. During the First Strike Combat Damage step I assigned 2 Damage to the Skyknight Legionnaire and it was destroyed. But then after the "default" Combat Damage step my Knight of Meadowgrain was also destroyed. It seems that Skyknight Legionnaire could deal its Combat Damage even though it was already destroyed by the First Strike Combat Damage.
I could reproduce this bug with the following two 7 card decks. Of course the "Milling = Loss Condition" option has to be turned of to test it.
Player deck:
2 Creatures
-------------
1x Angel of Mercy
1x Knight of Meadowgrain
5 Land
--------
5x Plains
AI deck:
2 Creatures
-------------
1x Druid of the Anima
1x Skyknight Legionnaire
5 Land
--------
3x Forest
1x Mountain
1x Plains

Not sure about this one, is it how it's supposed to work?
AI targets my Frostling with a Lightning Helix. In response I sack it to deal 1 damage to something. AI still gains life even though the target is no longer there when Helix resolves. Is Helix supposed to fizzle without a target, or are the two effects acting separately?

build 1908
I have a creature attacking that is attached with:
Sword of Fire and Ice
Sword of Light and Shadow
I do not gain 3 life when he deals combat damage to the computer.
I also do not get the prompt to assign the 2 damage from the Sword of Fire and Ice.

You're right, Lightning Helix should be countered upon resolution because of no legal targets. So no life gain for the AI.Xitax wrote:Not sure about this one, is it how it's supposed to work?

Skullclamp isn't drawing me any cards; Ashes to Ashes never asked me for any targets and went straight to the graveyard.

The code responsible for the spells Ashes to Ashes, Fabricate, Kaervek's Spite and Take Possession were recently re-added to the code on the SVN. These cards do not work with the last beta. They should work with the next beta release.
