AI attacks repeatedly with Llanowar Augur for no apparent reason.

Hi guys. Just want to start by saying that I love Forge, and I love the idea that this is a passion-driven project by some truly amazing programmers/developers. I couldn't even begin to imagine how hard it must be to attempt to get thousands and thousands of cards to interact with each other. Kudos all the way!
I've been playing some games of Mormir Basic, and although it works quite well for the early game, there is a slight problem with the AI in late game.
Main problem being is that the AI will always play a land card no matter what, even if it only has one card left in its hand. Since the deck is all land, and you have to discard a card in order to put a creature on the battlefield, the AI seems to always play land, leaving no cards in its hand to discard in order to bring out another creature.
Longs story short (too late), the AI should only play a land if it's hand size is >= 2, or if handsize=1, it could also activate the Mormir ability and use that card as the discard.

It has been some time since the last update. The following issues should be fixed by now (or at least be improved). Thanks Nordos, lazylockie, Zirbert, Bundy, Xitax, gos, Pux and sol.

AI will play Dormant Volcano with no mountain to bounce.

AI uses the ability of Cephalid Broker when it has no cards in hand, which just mills it for two. I'm not sure if the AI has any hope of making use of this card anyway?

AI just cast Threaten on my Plant Wall (0/3). I had two creatures with Shroud out that couldn't be targeted, but he really shouldn't be wasting that on creatures that can't attack (unless he plans on sacrificing it or something)

Ai casted Lignify on a creature of mine (CMC 2).
I had another CMC 2 creature on the field, yet he had chosen to destroy the Lignified creature with it

AI uses the Spike abilitiy "{2}, Remove a +1/+1 counter from ~: Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature." on the same monster again and again without benifit.

The AI activates Junktroller as soon as it can if it has cards in the graveyard. It should only activate it during the end of the opponent's turn because Junktroller is more useful as a blocker. (AI vs AI game)

AI cast Updraft on his own Boreal Druid and then tapped the Druid to pay for it.

I cast Oblivion Ring and the ETB trigger targets one of the AIs creatures. In response to the trigger, AI activates Qasali Pridemage at the O-Ring. I'm not sure how the Ai would know how to handle that better, but activating with trigger on teh stack is definitely worse case scenario.
Edit: Just noticed this card was marked as potentially buggy, didn't realize since it was in Captain America Exalted deck.

Computer doesn't seem to understand how to use the Skirsdag High Priest and the Bloodline Keeper. For the first one, he simply attacks, even if a creature dies during the turn, and for the second one, he doesn't activate his ability to transform it.

AI (playing Grampa Simpson 2)keeps attaching equipment to a defang'ed hobgoblin, despite having better creatures in play.

AI didn't pay the kicker cost of Gatekeeper of Malakir despite having 3 mana, and the enemy tons of creatures
AI controlled Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and a Phyrexian Obliterator w/o a counter. The other AI (:P) attacked with a Scion of the Wild, being 6/6 - for some reason, the AI decided to block with Mikeaus ...
1.AI had a Royal Assassin and 2 life. The enemy controlled a tapped Gemhide Sliver, Gayas Anthem and a tapped Noble Hierarch. He played a random 1/1, becoming 2/2 through the anthem.
The 1. AI played a Gatekeeper of Malakir, and had chosen to kill the tapped Noble Hierarch, resulting into loosing the match
AI wouldn't activate Trashing Wumpus (and most likely Pestilence Demon), even though it may kill a lot with it... It would be a dream to let the Ai enchant it with Charisma ........
AI enchanted a shooter with Charisma - and attacked the enemy normally (because it had flying) instead of shooting a creature. IMO the top priority should be, after casting Charisma, to deal damage on creatures
