when I attack with Truefire Paladin, the AI would do things like block with two 1/1, thinking it will get an even trade, not taking into account I have mana to activate first strike.
In the same lines, the AI attacks when I have untapped creatures with T:destroy target attacking creature in play, ready to use.
Again, the AI doesnt seem to take into account activated abilities of cards, and that makes the AI a really easy opponent to take advantage of

I just saw a pretty bad play by the AI. It had enchanted one of my creatures with Prison Term. Then I played a Stromgald Crusader - I'm guessing any pro-white creature would have had the same effect. The AI used the Prison Term's "move to new incoming creature" ability to move it onto the Stromgald Crusader. That looks allowable under the rules, since the move ability doesn't target. However, the Prison Term then went straight to the graveyard as a state-based effect because it was a white enchantment on a pro-white creature.

That's actually a rules problem:Zirbert wrote:I just saw a pretty bad play by the AI. It had enchanted one of my creatures with Prison Term. 303.4h If an effect attempts to attach an Aura on the battlefield to an object or player, that object or player must be able to be enchanted by it. If the object or player can't be, the Aura doesn't move.
This means that in this case the Aura should have stayed on the original creature.

Computer has 3 lands in play, one of them is enchanted with Genju of the Cedars. Every turn the computer activates Genju of the Cedars, but taps the enchanted land for mana to activate it.

Testing against Affinity I noticed a few issues with the AI decision making. It won't equip Cranial Plating onto Ornithopters, Blinkmoths or Signal Pests when I have no flyers and it could attack for lethal, preferring Disciples of the Vault or Frogmites. It also won't sac artifacts to Ravager when it has enough in play to kill me via Disciple of the Vault. I don't think I've ever seen it use the instant speed ability of Cranial Plating to switch to an unblocked creature, but I can't be sure it ever had the mana up for that. Finally, I've seen it equip multiple Cranial Platings onto a creature and then use a Paradise Cloak or Springleaf drum to tap it for mana.

AI doesn't handle Immobilizing Ink so well. You can drop it on a vanilla 1/1 creature at the beginning of the game (or any creature really) and he will aggressively discard his entire hand quickly just to untap the creature and attack with it each round. Often times discarding two cards per round to untap it again after combat.

Sylvan Library can be exploited. You can draw the three cards and 'refuse' to suffer their live loss, making it a recurring Ancestral Recall.

AI chooses not to untap Coffin Queen even though she hasn't returned any creature from the graveyard. (Note: AI had 2 Coffin Queens on the battlefield when I observed this.)
