I have 4 artifacts in play and want to cast Frogmite, but i still have to pay 4 mana to cast it. Affinity for artifacts works normal on Myr Enforcer, i only have to pay 3 mana to cast it.
Next round Frogmite works normal again though :?
Ok, used the developer mode to set up something similar to the first round and noticed that once i cast Master of Etherium the affinity ability of Frogmite no longer works.

Seems to be a problem with targeting multiple instances of the same activated ability on the stack. AI activated a Didgeridoo. I responded by activating Azorius Guildmage 's ability to counter a target activated ability. AI responds by activating the Didgeridoo again. When I try to respond by countering it again, the only available targets for my ability are the original Didgeridoo activation and my first response, not the second activation.

I cast Surging Flames and rippled, there were two more Surging Flames in the four cards and I cast both of them, but then the second one never resolved and just left the stack.

Also, with the most recent build, Forge isn't recognising the card pictures that I've already downloaded in the past.

Was this a nightly build?
Whenever that is the case with a nightly you should probably take a look at your main.properties file in your res folder. Near the bottom are a couple of lines that begins like this

image/icon--file=
Replace whatever is on those three lines with this

image/token--file=pics/tokens
image/icon--file=pics/icons
You probably got a build from right where I accidentally committed my own main.properties file which I have altered in order for my many versions of Forge to point to the same pics folder.

Elder Pine of Jukai triggered when my opponent played Glitterfang and when it played Uproot

Also, my opponent's Petravark died, but I didn't get my forest back.

Lazylockie's post on page 359 is true. Tezzeret the Seeker is buggy when he found multiple artifacts with the same casting cost. I searched for moxes and all 5 appeared on the same line in the prompt screen. This was on cardforge 1.1.3 and not 1.1.1. I'd send an official error report but I'm having trouble opening Cardforge on my computer.

My Salvaging Station allows me to target a Grindstone in my opponent's graveyard. When I use the ability, the Grindstone returns to play under my opponent's control.

Nantuko Shaman doesn't gain haste when you suspend it.

Also with the 19/9 nightly build, Ravnica Shocklands come into play untapped and deal no damage to me. Also Charcoal Diamond came into play untapped...

I had seven black mana symbols in my graveyard and Umbra Stalker was a 1/1, then at the end of my turn it became 7/7

For some reason Evil Presence cost 1B

I played Arcbound Stinger and it died on resolution, there were no relevant effects at the time, same with Rusting Golem

Radiant's Dragoons didn't need me to pay echo

Bloodied Ghost didn't enter the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter, I suspect a lot of these problems have something to do with a problem when permanents enter the battlefield

Hada Spy Patrol loses unblockable on Level3+, same reason as Transcendent Master btw.

Code needs to be changed to:

Not sure why this error started to appear, I am pretty sure they worked fine before.
