I was attacking with Loxodon Smiter. AI blocked with Pit Keeper enchanted by Carapace and Heartwood Dryad. AI sacced the Carapace to regenerate the Keeper. I cast Selesnya Charm giving the Smiter +2/+2 and trample. After assigning damage, all AI's creatures died, but I think the Pit Keeper should have regenerated?

AI cast dash hopes. I chose to pay 5 life. However, somehow, the outcome was a loss of 10 life.
Thanks for your reply Marc. I was unable to find the mentioned "no_card.jpg". The only jpg files I managed to find are in res\skins
"IIRC, to improve image caching card images needed to be enforced so a default one was created for cards missing an image. You can use either of these images to replace the current default. Just search your Forge folder for 'no_card.jpg' and replace with whichever you prefer..." - moomarc

At upkeep, Growing Ranks populates twice instead of once.

In Quest Mode, when I replace the ante with Jeweled Bird and lose the game, the bird retains in my card pool and deck.

Description: I have Stoneforge Mystic, Umezawa's Jitte and Batterskull in play. My Batterskull is equipped with Jitte, which has 5 counters on the Jitte. AI cast Stoneforge Mystic, and the game hanged, showing the following errors. For more information, please see attached picture.

Not certain about the outcome of the following exchange.
hedron crab, lighthouse chronologist and wall of tears were assigned to block sparring golem. Although 0 damage was assigned to wall of tears, its text reads "Whenever Wall of Tears blocks a creature, return that creature to its owner's hand at end of combat."
So, should sparring golem remain?

This change updated the overlaid text on the picture on the battlefield, and the text in the card detail box, but not the card image on the battlefield or in the card picture box. See the attached screenshot.

Just because I typed my previous post while tired, and underslept, effectively, I solved my problem (kind of).
It appears, the actual bug is, Adventure Map does not work, at least when you purchase it with 4 wins needed still (Aka, 16 of 20). As, I did, and it reduced it to 2 wins needed. Then, I got those two (So 18 wins total), and no challengers appeared despite it saying one challenged me. Next, I got two more wins, and challengers appeared (So I needed 20 even with the map.)

The AI is casting spells and activating abilities during it's untap phase. When it does this it's spells and abilities don't use the stack and can't be responded to.

I get the message that I lost the bird in ante, but yes, it is still in my card pool. AI casting spells during untap phase has already been fixed.

In quest mode, there's an error dialogue that pops up every time I win a challenge. Then the game just freezes and the only thing I am able to do is exit the challenge, which in turn is still there after I exit, like if I hadn't played it.
It happened out of the blue, since I had been playing this version without this happening and now it happens in every challenge.
Searching around I found that there was a similar bug found back a few versions ago and (as far as I can understand) it was to be fixed with the 1.3.14 update:
