Surface Pro and Windows 8 Touchscreens

Hi guys,
First of all let me thank you all for this incredible software. I have recently discovered it and it is quite exciting to revisit so many old and new cards.
For those that are interested, I can report that Forge works exceedingly well on a Surface Pro tablet. In my opinion, it is best to use the stylo to navigate and the keyboard to press space to skip forward.
I have a suggestion to further improve this game for those of us that use touchscreens. Could you please make the OK and CANCEL buttons much taller? This would allow me to forego the use of a keyboard and to simply tap on OK with my left thumb to skip forward.
Take care!

I've tried to - looks really ugly on a common system (due to button background being stretched and upscaled)

It would be great if an option for this could be added. I would really appreciate it.

I finally had time to check this out on the new release (I am not sure how to use the snapshot builds).
Thanks a lot for the option. It's exactly what I needed. This makes such a huge difference!
